We don't offer return of meals but we do have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund/replacement for meals damaged in shipping. We do not refund meals for taste issues which are subjective.

To guarantee optimal temperature control inside our insulated shipping boxes, we require a minimum order of 5 meals per delivery. Ordering 10 or more meals qualifies your order for discounted shipping rates.
