Butternut Squash Soup

A Hearty Butternut Squash Soup. House made by roasting fresh buttenut squash and then purree it into a smooth thick broth made with sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, and fresh vegetable stock. Then we flavor it with a touch of ginger, nutmeg, and sweeten it with honey and reduced apple juice. Served with oyster crackers for a delicious experience.
