SURIMI, EGG, LEMON JUICE, LEMON ZEST, MAYONNAISE, DRY MUSTARD, PARSLEY, GROUND PEPPER, GLUTEN FREE BREADCRUMBS, KETCHUP
First: set aside sauces and smoothie cup.
Microwave- 1 to 1 and a half minutes. If further heating is needed, heat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached.
Oven- 325 degrees, 3 to 5 minutes.
