GOURMET LINE: Filet Mignon, w/ Bordelaise Sauce

Filet Mignon is the most popular and most tender steak at restaurants nationwide. Filets are lean and have less marbling but are still incredibly tender. Seared on the outside and cooked to a perfect medium rare, each 4 oz portion is perfectly cut and expertly trimmed and finished w/Bordelaise Sauce.
BEEF TENDERLOIN, WATER, RED WINE, SHALLOT, CARROT, CELERY, ONION, BLACK PEPPER, BUTTER, BASE BEEF, THYME, BAY LEAF
Remove Beef Filet from tray and heat the remaining items in the microwave according to label instructions for up to 2:00 minutes. Check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees. Heat Filet Mignon on separate tray for only 30 seconds and then pour the HOT gravy over meat.
