GOURMET LINE: House Roasted 8oz Prime Rib
We slow roast our tender and favorful prime rib for more than four hours to achieve a perfect medium rare. We then hand carve a generous eight (8) oz portion. We include a smooth au jus sauce for dipping.

You DEFINITELY want to heat your prime rib meat separate from the rest of the dish. Best way is to remove the meat to a separate plate and heat the vegetable, starch and sauce all together in either the microwave or oven until piping hot. Then on a separate plate heat the meat for only 30 seconds (from refrigerated) to take the chill off, Then once plated pour the hot au jus sauce on top of the meat. Enjoy
