Cooking Instructions: 

remove flank steak from tray and heat rest of components in microwave according to label instructions for 1:30 minutes.  check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees.  on a separate tray gently heat flank steak for 15 -30 seconds and then pour hot gravy from tray on top.  do not overcook!  overcooking more than medium will result in a tough product.
