Paleo? No Problem!
By now, even if you aren't ON this diet, you've heard of the Paleo diet. Right? The word “diet” here is actually misleading because eating Paleo is a lifestyle, something designed to make you look and feel your best. What exactly IS the Paleo diet? The paleo diet is a focus on eating natural, real food that is widely available with little or no processing. In other words, the paleo diet focuses on eating the way nature intended us to eat. That doesn't sound so bad, does it?
Where people can often fall into trouble is finding the ingredients, time or money for foods that FIT this eating lifestyle (refined foods that aren't full of trans fats and sugar are hard to find? Imagine that...). That's where our Paleo Meal Package comes in. There are tons of nutrients in our menus with no fillers. Not going to lie, it can take some getting used to – your body is used to the refined stuff/carbs and denying it will make it cranky. Most people go through a detoxification period as your body learns how to efficiently use fats instead of carbohydrates as a major source of energy.
It can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week+ for your body to detox from modern day foods. But then, you will feel great. The length of the transition period depends upon how much your body dislikes grains, legumes, refined sugars, and dairy; the more it dislikes those things, the harder you detoxify and the worse you feel until you reach that detox point. Once you’re done detoxing, though, most people end up with fewer cravings, more energy, leaner bodies and clearer heads. Like the sound of that?
Whether you already eat Paleo or you've just been wanting to try it out, our Paleo Meal Package is designed for you.
