Sliced Flank Steak with Mushroom Sauce
Flank steak refers to a steak that has been cut from primal beef flank cut, and is NOT meant for those with chewing issues. Flank Steaks should be served medium rare to medium doneness. Cooking anymore than this will toughen the meat. Our Flank Steaks are beautifully marbled and are exploding with flavor.
BEEF FLANK, MUSHROOMS, ULTRA SPERSE MAIZE, WINE, SUNFLOWER OIL, BEEF BASE, GARLIC POWDER, THYME, PAPRIKA, ONION POWDER, BLACK PEPPER
Remove Flank Steak from tray and heat rest of components in microwave according to label instructions for 1:30 minutes. Check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees. On a separate tray gently heat Flank Steak for 15 -30 seconds and then pour HOT gravy from tray on top. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Overcooking more than medium will result in a tough product.
