Chipotle Steak Frittes with Yuca Fries and Cilantro Corn

Coriander Spice rubbed flank steak served with oven baked seasoned yuca fries and cilantro corn and  a spicy chipotle butter

 

 

Cooking Instructions: 
remove flank steak from tray and heat rest of components in microwave according to label instructions for 1:30 minutes. check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees. on a separate tray gently heat flank steak topped with chipotle butter for 15 -30 seconds. do not overcook! overcooking more than medium will result in a tough steak.
