BLACK BEAN, CHICKPEA, KIDNEY BEAN, ZUCCHINI W/SKIN, SUMMER SQUASH, TOMATO PASTE, CARROT, CELERY, ONION, VEGETABLE BASE, WATER, PARSLEY, GARLIC, THYME, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER, BASIL, CHILI POWDER, CUMIN, GARLIC POWDER.
Heat in microwave according to label instructions for 2:00 minutes. Check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees.
