The versatile portabella mushroom is a meaty, flavorful, fungi of cremini mushroom family.  We micro dice onions, squash, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and spinach into a flavor busting stuffing and then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.  Between the mushroom and all the sauteed vegetables, there is so much flavor, cheese becomes the accent.  Then we pair this delectable creation with roasted red potatoes and California blend vegetables.
