Vegetable Stuffed Portabella Mushroom
The versatile portabella mushroom is a meaty, flavorful, fungi of cremini mushroom family. We micro dice onions, squash, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and spinach into a flavor busting stuffing and then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Between the mushroom and all the sauteed vegetables, there is so much flavor, cheese becomes the accent.
